1.How to clean and maintain?
Washing instructions:
You can easily zip off the fabric on both cushions and mattresses. This makes it possible to wash the fabric at a low temperature. It is recommended to wash at a maximum of 30° and with mild/extra gentle soap. We recommend turning the fabric inside out when washing.
Tips: The sofa cover can be dry cleaned, machine washed, or hand washed. However, we recommend dry cleaning or hand washing. Frequent machine washing may damage the fabric fibers and cause the cover to become deformed.

3.I'm too far from the warehouse, do you have virtual viewing?
Yes! For customers who live far from our warehouse or find it inconvenient to visit in person, we’re happy to offer a virtual warehouse tour. Simply select your preferred time slot from the calendar and specify your desired platform (LINE or WhatsApp) in the message. We’ll send a confirmation email with a LINE link (if LINE is chosen) or contact you via WhatsApp at your booked time for the virtual viewing
4.My product is damaged/defective or has missing parts. What should I do?
We sincerely apologize! Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Kindly take detailed photos of the item (including the product itself, packaging box, and all protective materials). You may send all evidence to email:homelivinginbox.info@gmail.comwith the subject line 'Damaged Product - [Your Invoice Number]'. Contact our team immediately upon discovering the damage to expedite communication with the shipping company. Please retain the damaged item until the shipping company completes their investigation.

5.What happens if I cancel a pre-order item?
If a pre-order is canceled after materials have been procured, a 20% administrative fee of the total product price will apply. This cost will be deducted from the refund amount. This policy applies to all orders, and terms can be reviewed before payment.

- "As-is" items: Products with clearly disclosed defects at purchase
